PROCESS & EQUIPMENT DETAILS

How electrodeionization (edi) system fits your process.

Operating principle

Continuous ion removal for suitable pretreated water in high-purity process applications.

Electrodeionization removes residual dissolved ions using ion-exchange media, selective membranes and an electrical field. Feed must meet the selected module manufacturer’s limits.

Engineering checks

  • Conductivity, hardness, silica and dissolved carbon dioxide
  • Module minimum and maximum flows
  • Product-water quality and temperature
  • Concentrate/rinse disposal or validated recycle

Configuration & equipment

  1. RO permeate feed interface
  2. EDI module stack
  3. DC power supply
  4. Product-water manifold
  5. Concentrate and electrode-rinse circuits
  6. Conductivity and flow monitoring

Configuration options are reviewed against the project duty. Supply quantities and final scope are defined in the approved proposal.

Enter what you know. Leave unavailable values blank for engineering review.

Process inputs

Required flow, operating hours, feed source, full water analysis, temperature, target product quality, recovery target, pretreatment, cleaning philosophy, automation, MOC and utility constraints.

Equipment & execution preferences

Materials are reviewed separately for each component against the fluid chemistry, temperature and service conditions. Preferences are subject to technical suitability and the agreed proposal.

No details are sent until you choose a sending channel.

A solution shaped by your requirements.

Continuous ion removal for suitable pretreated water in high-purity process applications. The process train is selected from feed-water analysis and the final water specification. Pretreatment protects downstream treatment, while monitoring and cleaning provisions support reliable operation.

What we review

  • Required product flow and operating hours
  • Water source and complete laboratory analysis
  • Feed temperature, pH and fouling indicators
  • Target water quality and intended use
  • Utility availability and plant footprint
  • Pretreatment and cleaning requirements

Capacity, materials, operating conditions and performance are specified after review of your project data. Product images are conceptual visualizations.

From design to operation

Our scope can cover process and mechanical engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing support. The final proposal clearly defines supplier scope, client interfaces, optional items and exclusions.
