Design notes
  • Cleaning sequence, chemistry, temperature and contact time follow membrane supplier limits.
  • Spent cleaning solution and rinse water require a defined management route.

Indicative process overview. Equipment tags identify functional blocks only. Final PFDs, P&IDs, duties, sizes, valves and instruments are developed from the approved project design basis.

PROCESS & EQUIPMENT DETAILS

How membrane cip system fits your process.

Operating principle

Cleaning-in-place equipment configured for the installed membrane system and approved procedures.

A cleaning circuit circulates an approved solution through isolated equipment. Flow, temperature, pH and duration follow the process and equipment manufacturer’s cleaning procedure.

Engineering checks

  • Equipment-specific cleaning protocol
  • Chemical compatibility and concentration
  • Circulation duty and available connections
  • Spent-cleaning-liquid treatment

Configuration & equipment

  1. Cleaning-solution tank
  2. Circulation pump
  3. Cleaning filter
  4. Supply and return hoses / manifold
  5. Heating provision if specified
  6. Temperature, pH and pressure monitoring

Configuration options are reviewed against the project duty. Supply quantities and final scope are defined in the approved proposal.

YOUR PROJECT, YOUR DESIGN BASIS

Configure your requirement.

Enter what you know. Leave unavailable values blank for engineering review.

Process inputs

Duty, flow/size, pressure, temperature, fluid chemistry, connection standard, actuation/automation and MOC.

Equipment & execution preferences

Materials are reviewed separately for each component against the fluid chemistry, temperature and service conditions. Preferences are subject to technical suitability and the agreed proposal.

No details are sent until you choose a sending channel.

A solution shaped by your requirements.

Cleaning-in-place equipment configured for the installed membrane system and approved procedures. Equipment is selected from the treatment objective, flow profile and fluid characteristics. Media, contact conditions and maintenance provisions are reviewed for the actual duty.

What we review

  • Design flow and operating hours
  • Feed solids, particle characteristics and water analysis
  • Required separation or conditioning duty
  • Operating pressure and temperature
  • Cleaning, backwash or replacement requirements
  • Chemical compatibility and utility constraints

Capacity, materials, operating conditions and performance are specified after review of your project data. Product images are conceptual visualizations.

From design to operation

Our scope can cover process and mechanical engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing support. The final proposal clearly defines supplier scope, client interfaces, optional items and exclusions.
