Design notes
  • Reuse depends on volatile carryover, water quality and the receiving process specification.

Indicative process overview. Equipment tags identify functional blocks only. Final PFDs, P&IDs, duties, sizes, valves and instruments are developed from the approved project design basis.

PROCESS & EQUIPMENT DETAILS

How condensate recovery system fits your process.

Operating principle

Condensate recovery and conditioning for a verified reuse application.

Thermal concentration removes water by evaporation and increases nonvolatile solids concentration. MEE, MVR, crystallization and ATFD use different heat-transfer and solids-handling arrangements.

Engineering checks

  • Feed mass flow and full salt chemistry
  • Boiling-point elevation, fouling and corrosion
  • Heat and mass balance with utility basis
  • Condensate quality and final solids route

Configuration & equipment

  1. Conditioned concentrate feed
  2. Heating surface / heat exchanger
  3. Evaporation or drying chamber
  4. Vapour separation and handling
  5. Condensation / heat-recovery interface
  6. Concentrate or solids discharge
  7. Cleaning and control system

Configuration options are reviewed against the project duty. Supply quantities and final scope are defined in the approved proposal.

YOUR PROJECT, YOUR DESIGN BASIS

Configure your requirement.

Enter what you know. Leave unavailable values blank for engineering review.

Process inputs

Feed flow, TDS and detailed salt chemistry, temperature, upstream RO recovery, target concentrate/solids, boiling-point elevation data, fouling/scaling tendency, condensate target and utility availability.

Equipment & execution preferences

Materials are reviewed separately for each component against the fluid chemistry, temperature and service conditions. Preferences are subject to technical suitability and the agreed proposal.

No details are sent until you choose a sending channel.

A solution shaped by your requirements.

Condensate recovery and conditioning for a verified reuse application. Water recovery is assessed across pretreatment, membrane separation and thermal concentration. Salt chemistry and solids handling determine the feasible operating route.

What we review

  • Feed mass flow and full salt chemistry
  • Feed and target concentrate solids
  • Upstream recovery and concentrate composition
  • Temperature, fouling and scaling characteristics
  • Condensate quality and reuse objective
  • Steam, power, cooling and disposal interfaces

Capacity, materials, operating conditions and performance are specified after review of your project data. Product images are conceptual visualizations.

From design to operation

Our scope can cover process and mechanical engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing support. The final proposal clearly defines supplier scope, client interfaces, optional items and exclusions.
